Manager

We are seeking a full-time manager for our locksmith location. This is a Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm position.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage dispatch team
• Schedule jobs and enter into software
• Close jobs and track invoices
• Print and email reports
• Communicate with company departments, suppliers, and partners
• Provide locksmith services for walk-in customers
• Manage inventory and supply orders
• Support customer inquiries

Requirements

• Excellent organization and time management
• Office equipment skills
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Ability to direct dispatch and technicians
• Problem solving and working under pressure
• Build customer and supplier relationships
• Prioritize and work independently
• Pass background check

Locksmith Technician

We are hiring full-time, salary plus commission locksmith technicians.

Responsibilities

• Service residential, commercial, and automotive customers
• Remake keys, perform lockouts, roadside assistance
• Schedule appointments, provide invoices and receipts
• Install, repair, and maintain locks and security systems

Requirements

• Willingness to learn locksmith skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background check
• Customer service focused
