The cost of a new lock is determined by the manufacture, design and color. To know the exact cost for the new lock you want, please request an estimate from our technician before any work is done.
Our technician will come to see what the problem is and give you different options whether you want to replace the lock or just fix it. As always, our onsite estimates are free. Another option is to take a picture of your lock and email it to us.
To process your refund, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a copy of the invoice given to you at the time of service in your email along with a description of your request. Please include the amount you would like refunded as well as the reason for your request. Your request for a refund will be answered within 24 business hours.
Most requests for a refund will be accepted.
